The landlord pays one flat monthly fee, scoped to the size of the building — talk to sales for a quote. Each enterprise tenant signs their own agreement with Secure Labs Limited as processor. The tenant's visitor data and staff records belong to that tenant, separate from other tenants and from the building management. No per-tenant fee on top of the building rate.
Yes. There is no monthly fee per gate — adding a gate may involve a one-off setup cost where on-site setup or a device is needed, agreed with you case by case and waived where you already have what's required. For residential properties, the per-unit rate is the same standard KES 500 whatever the size — as the estate grows, you simply pay the standard rate on the additional occupied units at the next billing renewal. Zone additions for multi-use properties are scoped at the time of the request.
Monthly subscriptions have no minimum term beyond the first month after conversion. Annual billing receives a 10% discount. Portfolio and enterprise agreements are scoped individually — terms are agreed during the technical walkthrough.
